JOB TITLE : General Manager
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY :
- Five (5) years of hospitality industry management experience, in the restaurant environment
- Strong local hospitality experience and commitment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to connect, resolve conflict, drive engagement, and develop teams
- Ability to analyze financial statements and modify operations to meet financial goals
- Ability to embrace full leadership of the team and the business
- Ability to innovate and demonstrate original thinking
- Functional expertise in hospitality management
- Ability to lead and inspire teammates
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Proficient in Windows Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
- Ability to walk, stand, and / or bend continuously to perform essential job functions
Job Focus
- Support the team and guests
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling
- Evaluate and develop processes to drive performance and productivity
- Ensure accountability for health, safety, emergency management, sanitation, maintenance, and licensing
- Directly coach and develop venue leadership, chefs, and managers
- Drive venue performance through ongoing feedback and evaluation
- Define and demonstrate Employee Standards of Conduct
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including floor management and guest experience
- Collaborate on developing and implementing budgets, operating plans, and policies
- Responsible for P&L analysis and maintaining budgets
- Liaise with and assist other teams
- Promote sbe’s culture of authenticity, mastery, and innovation

- Maintain calm and alertness during emergencies

Pay : $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
