UI Developer

Location : Hybrid onsite Chicago or Dallas (Local only)

Interview Mode : Final interview onsite

Type : Long term contract

Job Details :

I. WORK TO BE PERFORMED :

  • Working in collaborative environment to develop software on the assigned tasks for UI applications
  • Follow technical direction and work with UX & Business teams to build fit for purpose solutions meeting all quality standards (including 85% test coverage)
  • pply expert knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js and Node.js technologies in independently developing User interfaces
  • Participate in code reviews, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues and defects
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop integrated solutions around sourcing disparate data using REST services
  • Follows agreed upon SDLC procedures to ensure that all information system products and services meets both explicit and implicit quality standards, end-user functional requirements, architectural standards, performance requirements, audit requirements, security requirements, and external facing reporting requirements
  • Provide SDLC support for developed software in test, QA and Production environment

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • Expert knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js and Node.js
  • Preferred knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Sass and Tailwind CSS, Docker, and Webpack
  • Experience with RESTful APIs including integrating them in a structured way
  • bility to write clean, modular code that is easy to understand and easily maintainable
  • Experience following Git workflows
  • Working knowledge of DevOps tools. Eg Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm and CI / CD pipelines etc
