About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Representative to join our team, first supporting the Mesa, AZ location, then covering the Tucson, AZ market beginning in 2025.
This position offers a commission-based salary with unlimited earning potential. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working with fleet customers, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential fleet customers for sales opportunities (no pressure selling)
- Create and present fleet proposals to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers
- Meet or exceed targeted sales goals
- Close fleet customer deals
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Exhibit an open, outgoing, and fun personality
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in fleet sales or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Working Conditions
- Flexible hours to meet needs of the role
- Occasional evening or weekend work to meet sales targets or attend events
- Local travel to meet fleet customers and prospects
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during customer visits
- Frequent interaction with customers, colleagues, and management
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
This is a remote position.
