The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the label sector / CPG sector.

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.

There will be a heavy focus on hunting and building out new business.

Client Details

My client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality labels for a variety of industries, including food and beverage, cosmetics, and other CPG.

They pride themselves on innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.

We are seeking candidates from labels, printed packaging, or packaging converters. Candidates can live in the Northeast, Central, or West regions.

The role will be a work from home position with requirements to be out in the field visiting customers.

Description

  • Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation : Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively.
  • Market Analysis : Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is communicated effectively.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or labeling industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present products.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
