- Ability to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction (100%)
- Strong customer focus mindset, moderate proficiencies in consulting / advising customers, answering inquiries and providing information / resolutions, and managing difficult situations with customers
- Ability to apply effective listening skills
