Role Description :

They are seeking a talented UI / UX Designer to join their hybrid team in New York City. In this role, you will design intuitive and impactful experiences for an AI-powered financial platform, translating sophisticated functionalities into elegant, accessible interfaces. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, conducting user research and developing wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how the next generation of financial professionals interact with AI while working within a high-energy, innovation-driven environment.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in UI / UX design for complex digital products
• Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools
• Demonstrated skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping
• Strong portfolio highlighting intuitive, user-focused design work
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience designing within technical organizations and producing engineering-ready assets

Responsibilities :

Compensation and Benefits :

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
