OPERATIONS MANAGER

We cover South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Elkhart and the surrounding communities. We are seeking an Operations Manager who is honest, energetic, and approachable, with great communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assures the office is compliant with company policies and applicable laws
- Plans and implements recruitment and retention plans, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training caregivers and other staff members
Manages client and employee satisfaction, including addressing caregivers’ on-shift issues and interfacing with clients and families
Schedule caregiver shifts, ensuring the proper caregiver and client match
Supervises caregivers, including timecard processing, monitoring clock-ins and -outs and other payroll responsibilities, and mentoring and supporting care delivery
Responds to inquiries from potential clients and caregivers
Other general office and clerical functions assigned by the Owner
Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times, demonstrates positive leadership skills, and is able to problem solve independently

Qualifications and Skills
High school graduate
Ability to work independently with sound judgment
Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours
- 5-10 years of healthcare administrative or leadership experience preferred
- Experience with WellSky or similar operations and scheduling software preferred
Excellent and prompt interpersonal communication skills and energy
Adaptable and able to multitask in a high-functioning office environment
Pass a background check and drug screen
Possess or obtain a valid TB test and CPR certification
