You will be part of a dynamic team focused on international projects in energy transition and data center development.
Duties
- Manage and support the legal aspects of financing transactions, particularly within the energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, and other related legal instruments.
- Coordinate complex project closings, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute innovative financing deals.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service and technical expertise.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of project finance experience, focusing on energy transition or digital infrastructure.
- Proficient in drafting and negotiating loan and security documents.
- Strong experience coordinating complex project closings and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
