What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Clinician provides mental health support services to members served and their families at the program. The Clinician also assists in the coordination of all mental health support services provided by the Team.
This includes coordinating and collaborating with team members and outside agencies such as, the Conservator's Office, Public Guardian's Office, Probation Department, County Behavioral Health Services, and housing and inpatient providers.
Shift Available :
Full Time Salaried; Monday - Friday; 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
Expected starting wage range is $68,033.91 - $84,024.91. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Registered with the CA BBS with a ASW, AMFT, APCC
- Two (2) years of experience post masters in mental health setting
- Personal car that you are willing to use for work
- Willingness to transport clients in your personal car
- Driver's License that is valid and in good standing

- Residents of Orange County, ages 18 and older, who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness
- Individuals who have been housed and are currently at risk of losing housing in Orange County
About the Program : Home First Central is Orange County's Housing Full Service Partnership (FSP) program focused on providing housing-supportive services and behavioral health services to individuals residing in Orange County.
Our purpose is to support members in maintaining stable housing, including resolving housing challenges and providing case management and behavioral health-focused services.
