About The Position
Job Title : Echo Tech Cardiac Sonographer Pediatrics Job Specialty : Pediatric Non-Invasive Cardiology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 04 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 1 year experience required License : Preference for licensed candidates from VA or compact states Certifications : COVID-19 Vaccine not required;
Flu Vaccine required (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only) Must-Have : EPIC charting experience preferred; BSN preferred Job Description : Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 : 30 pm with some on-call responsibility after hours and on weekends.
- On-call duty is on a volunteer basis with required participation; shifts may be assigned to fill coverage gaps.- On-call hours are after 5 pm during the week and 8 am to 8 am on weekends.
- Candidates may be required to float within their scope if needed.- A 6-month gap is required for returning staff to be considered as travelers.
- Adherence to a natural nail policy is required.- Orientation consists of 16 hours.- All candidates applying for ER and Psych positions must complete fingerprinting, with results taking 15-20 business days.
Candidates cannot start without pending results.
