Responsibilities :
Peraton is seeking a Technical Project Manager with it's Federal Strategic Cyber program.
Location : Arlington, VA; Hybrid
Role Summary :
Successfully manage the technical, scheduling, and performance aspects of the program in accordance with contract requirements, company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Collaboration, communication, planning, and organization are key components of this role.
Train and supervise team personnel.
Develop Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.
Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations.
May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task.
Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project reports.
What you’ll do
Support the federal customer within the Department of Homeland Security's National Risk Management Center with task tracking, initiative implementation, risk assessments and analysis, and a variety of other tasks.
Serve as the contract lead for the customer initiatives, which includes creating and clearing the draft Charter, Project Plan, POAM, and other necessary documentation to move from a sprint phase to an initiative phase.
Implement forward-thinking techniques to strengthen business operating practices, apply strategic analysis, cultivate customer relationships, and lead team collaboration
Provide project management functions necessary to support the Customer’s business processes and mission-related risk management initiatives.
Manage program resources with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
Develop, review, and present information and reports, orally and in writing, to a wide range of senior staff and audiences internal and external to the organization.
Plans, conducts and supervises assignments, generally involving larger and more important projects or multiple projects.
Evaluates and determines changes in methods or procedures in assigned area of responsibility.
Determines candidates for employment / termination, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and is responsible for the application of company policies.
Focus on growth opportunities, leveraging white papers and presentations, to address customer needs or gaps.
Work on external stakeholder engagement plans and execute on those plans with a variety of partners.
Qualifications : Required :
Required : Bachelor's degree.

6 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in strategic consulting, process improvement, change management, data analysis, training development, project management, and administration.
U.S. citizenship is required.
The ability to obtain a Secret security clearance and DHS EOD (Enter on Duty) clearance.
Desired : PMP certification.
PMP certification.

Target Salary Range :
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
