Siemens Building Products is looking for a Quality, Environmental, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator who will ensure ISO compliance for quality, environmental, and safety and will drive improvements in those areas.

Reporting to the Building Products Americas EHS Manager, you will work collaboratively with the local business unit team and other stakeholders to align on Quality and EHS programs and lead cross functional teams to achieve ISO compliance and QEHS goals and objectives.

You will be a catalyst for business excellence across BP Americas, contributing directly to business performance.

As a Quality, Environmental and Safety Coordinator, you will :

  • Adapt, promote, and implement Quality and EHS programs and initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Maintain and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards for Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001)
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external ISO audits. Conduct gap analyses to identify and address any deviations from ISO compliance requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to departments in implementing and maintaining compliance with relevant ISO standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for QEHS audit findings and identified issues.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement across all aspects of quality and EHS. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable improvements and deliver solutions.
  • Drive and implement digital and automation solutions with AI integration for Quality and EHS improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in Quality and EHS. Empower employees to identify and implement improvements.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for Quality, Environmental, and Safety (QEHS) initiatives, including creating video content and improving existing training materials.
  • Support the Quality and EHS programs of the location.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of experience in related field in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing, maintaining, and auditing ISO standards.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading root cause analysis for QEHS issues and developing corrective action plans.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with ISO 9001 : 2015, 14001 : 2015, and 45001 : 2018
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with an eagerness to drive your career
  • Certified Internal Auditor
  • Advanced proficiency in computer software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Hybrid work environment but minimum 60% on-site.
