Specializes in High Performance Industrial Coatings, Sandblasting, Powder Coating & Metallizing for the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive and Commercial Industries.
We’re currently looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will work alongside our supervisors and owner to oversee many aspects of the painting processes.
Objectives of this Role :
Conduct; paint, quality and product specification assurance
Advise plant management team on any errors om quality standards
Collect and maintain inspection reports
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain facility quality systems
Oversee painting processes and safety
Maintain systems for checking and verifying process compliance
Ensure effective training in quality control
Report findings of quality control audit to the manager
Troubleshoot production and quality issues as they arise
Skills and Qualifications :
Must have previous work experience in the same field.
Bilingual, English and Spanish
Computer skills and report writing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Proven leadership ability
Strong interpersonal skills
Good judgment and ability to make decisions in a timely manner
Salary : $18-$21 / hour
Schedule : Monday to Fridays 5am-1 : 30pm
