As a Civil Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating costs for commercial construction and manufacturing projects. *
Civil Construction Estimator Responsibilities : *
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates- Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure accurate estimates- Prepare and submit accurate bids for project proposals- Review subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy- Keep abreast of market trends and materials costs
Civil Construction Estimator Essential Job Functions :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Experience with power plant and manufacturing plant projects- Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Civil Construction Estimator Skills : 7 or more years of experience in construction estimating- Salary between 80K-125K based on experience- Free medical and dental benefits- Life insurance and 401K with match- Paid time off and HSA with 50% deductible
