About The Position

ID : 51205229 Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Description : Looking for a Physical Therapist to work 5x8 days with every 4th weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

Shift times : 0800-1630. No call Required : - 1 year of experience - MN license - Can submit without having it in hand. Temp license issues quick once the board is in receipt of all required documents.

Traveler would need to commit to applying once offered- BLS- Accepts first time travelers- Traveler must be 25+ miles away from the facility as they do NOT accept locals.

Holiday work required, as needed.CNA License MN license in-hand License MN license in-hand or proof of application required (2-3 weeks via mail, 5-10 business days via email for processing).

Saint Benedicts MN license in-hand is required. DO NOT submit if they have not applied for the license.Vaccines Medical / Religious exemption form required with submittal.

Labs - Travelers are required to go to the lab within 48 hours of signing, or risk cancellation.Livescan Fingerprinting MN residents and non-MN residents must commit to completing this within 48 hours of signing, or risk cancellation.

All travelers MUST complete fingerprinting in person in MN on the Monday prior to their Monday start. This is a MN State Requirement NO EXCEPTIONS.
