BECO Asset Management, LLC is seeking a full-time MaintenanceTech for its apartment community in Suffolk, Virginia. The opportunity is immediately available with hours from 8 : 00 a.
m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday - Friday; including shared on-call rotation evenings and weekends to respond to emergency calls.

Responsibilities Include : Keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris, change light bulbs and filters Keep dumpsters and corresponding areas clean and in good working order Clean and maintain pool and pool area Assist in preparing all vacant apartments to market ready condition Assist in responding to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner Perform on-call emergency services as required (rotation shared with the maintenance team) Qualifications Include : Available for night / weekend on-call duty (generous call pay) Ability to work in any type of weather (cold, snow, heat, rain, etc.
