B2B Customer Service Representative
This position is responsible for managing multiple aspects of existing accounts to offer quality customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
Assist with managing orders
Identify issues
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2-4 years relevant work experience.
Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, attention to detail with organizational and follow up skills.
