Regional Sales Manager Pacific Northwest - Individual Contributor Role

Ideal location for candidates to reside in : Washington / Oregon

Territory : Utah, Montana, Northern California, Northern Nevada, Washington, Oregon,

Total Compensation Range : $80,000-$210,000.

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales manager with experience selling capital equipment within the packaging industry.

The ideal candidate will drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of advanced packaging machinery.

In this role, you will :

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the packaging industry who would benefit from our capital equipment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their operational needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of capital equipment solutions effectively, highlighting their technical capabilities and operational benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to customize solutions and proposals that meet client specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Who are we looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in capital equipment within the packaging industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex machinery specifications and features.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events (60-70%).
