Pride Health is hiring a LPN to support our client’s medical facility in MASSACHUSETTS and other locations. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Summary :
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) play a crucial role in providing daily medical and personal care to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers.
They assist with activities of daily living, administer medications, monitor patients' health, and collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
LPNs are essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents, offering compassionate support while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
Their training and hands-on experience enable them to address both the physical and emotional needs of individuals requiring extended care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer Medications : Provide prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
- Patient Monitoring : Regularly assess and document patients' vital signs and health status.
- Personal Care Assistance : Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Care Plan Implementation : Assist in executing care plans developed by registered nurses or healthcare teams.
- Wound Care : Provide basic wound care and dressing changes as needed.
- Communication : Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members about patient needs and changes in condition.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and residents’ responses.
- Support Rehabilitation : Assist residents in rehabilitation exercises and mobility activities.
- Emergency Response : Act promptly in emergencies, including basic life support and first aid when necessary.
Qualifications :
- BLS / ACLS certifications required.
- Active LPN License
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and stress management skills.

- Shifts : 8 HR SHIFT (DAY)
- Weekly Pay : $1600 to $1800
- Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials .
