The Strategic Marketing Team Leader is a player coach role leading the harmonization and consistency of strategic marketing activities, processes, and tool / infrastructure leverage for the Vertical Market (VM) team.

This multifaceted role entails not only leadership in strategic marketing resources but also direct involvement in maintaining and advancing marketing responsibilities for our Industrial and Commercial Real Estate vertical markets.

This position is accountable to the Head of Vertical Markets.

Commercial Real Estate Vertical Market Marketing Manager - Team Lead

This position will be remote in the US

Role Description

Identifying, developing, and implementing targeted programs for innovation and revenue growth with a significant focus in the Commercial Real Estate market.

Leading strategic market analysis for the vertical market and its subsegments, providing fact-based research and business case recommendations.

Understanding and incorporating Voice of the Customer to drive strategy, portfolio development, and program development.

Mentoring, leading performance, and facilitating success of the Vertical Markets Marketing Team.

Partnering with internal and external collaborators to align with our business plan, including our internal Marcom team to drive development of strategic and tactical marketing content elements.

Establishing a periodic review process to measure Program performance aligned to business plan and Key Performance Indicators.

Preparing and managing budget, providing regular updates to key partners and ensuring alignment with our finance team.

Leveraging Siemens IT Infrastructure to optimize ease of use and search capabilities for all Vertical Markets in both internal and external repositories.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

15+ years’ experience in marketing and / or programs development

3+ years’ experience developing, managing, and leading virtual teams.

Currently reside in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree in business management, marketing, or related field

Strong program / project management skills

Experience in marketing solutions and services in a B2B environment

Self-starter with a keen sense for working independently and without constant direction

Big picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality; highly creative

Strong customer focus : experience in developing Customer Specific Value Propositions

Strong analytical skills; proficient in developing compelling business cases, including financial justifications

Ability to build effective relationships as well as persuade others to action to drive results

benefitsquickstart.com / siemens / index.html. The pay range for this position is $88,300 - $151,400 and the annual incentive target is 25% of the base salary.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
