Ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Physically able to navigate / attend bid-walks and periodic site visits at active
construction sites
Clean criminal background
Must pass drug screening and background check (pre-employment and random)
Potential Job Responsibilities
Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls.
Receive and direct visitor and clients
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Handle requests for information and data
Prepare written responses to routine inquires
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and e
mails
Maintain office supply inventories and order as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Experience / Education
1-3 years of staff or administrative experience; or and equivalent combination of
training.
Associate or higher degree in business experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction accounting
Proficient in Microsoft suite of general office programs
Possessing the above skills / experience not necessary to apply. Will provide training for the
right candidate who possesses ample drive, work ethic, and ability to learn necessary
concepts / skills
