About the Role : Are you a dynamic leader with a zest for the restaurant scene? Dive into the heart of BoomBozz Pizza & Watch Bar, a hub of flavor and fun, and steer our team to success! We're on the hunt for a dedicated Shift Manager who shares our love for gourmet pizza, craft beer, and vibrant atmospheres.
This position is part-time with the option of full-time if you are willing to work a dual role such as bartending, cooking, etc.

Your Role : As our Shift Manager, you're the heartbeat of our operations. You'll :
- Support and uplift the management team.
- Oversee the seamless running of the restaurant during your shift.
- Manage cost, inventory, labor, and cash flows.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Ensure our guests are treated to exceptional service and delectable food.
- Step up and steer the ship in the absence of the general manager.
What We Seek :
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality
- Restaurant management (preferred)
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
