What you will do :
- Planning, organizing, and assignment of production projects.
- Assist the production team with various phases of assemblies.
- Provide daily progress reports to Production Manager.
- Provide performance evaluations.
- Identify process improvement methods.
- Identify the needs and issues of the production floor and execute solutions.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
What you will bring :
- Utility, Electrical and / or distribution experience preferred but not required
- High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
- 3 years of related experience and / or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment :
- Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Forklift certification
- Mix of warehouse and office work environments
Location : This role is based in San Diego, CA
Work hours : 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm
Salary Range :
This is a non-exempt position and pays between $22.45 - $29.95 per hour.This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
