    • Personal Trainer Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-designed, science-backed workouts to groups of up to 24 clients
  • Energize and motivate clients throughout each training session
  • Create an engaging and positive environment to boost attendance and retain members
  • Ensure client safety with a focus on heart rate-based training and correct exercise technique
  • Modify exercises to fit various fitness levels, ensuring a tailored experience for each client

    • What We're Looking For

  • Passion for Fitness : You love motivating others and thrive in a team environment
  • Knowledgeable : Intermediate understanding of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
  • Certified : Must hold a current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved education company (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, ISSA)
  • Educated : A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not required
  • Experienced : 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness or personal training in the industry
  • Certified in CPR / AED : Safety is key, and we require up-to-date certifications
