7+ years relevant technical and functional experience in a hybrid Windows based environment7+ years of experience supporting Windows and MacOS workstations and laptopsStrong understanding of virtual desktops using vSphere, Horizon Client.
Support of Lenovo Desktops & Laptops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads.Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Management.
