Responsibilities / Qualifications
Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products from conception to launch and beyond.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products align with the company's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a proven track record of successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy and Roadmaps :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining milestones and timelines for product development
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficiency and innovation
- Market Analysis :
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
- Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies
- Product Development :
- Lead the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities
- User Experience and Design :
- Work closely with the design team to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences
- Advocate for the importance of user experience and usability in product development
- Metrics and Performance :
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product launches
- Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features
- Stakeholder Management :
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements
- Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders, including executives
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
Experience :
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Prior experience launching new products, Cloud-based and / or SaaS products and / or data analytics and business intelligence experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The starting salary is anticipated between $110,000 and $130,000 to start and will be commensurate with experience.
