LPN

Long Term Care

8hour evenings (3p to 1130p) or 12hour evenings (11a to 11p), will take either

13 weeks

1 to 3 years experience required

Will take someone with SNF experience, not just LTC

NY license required

Permanent residence of traveler must be at least 60 miles away.

BLS (AHA) required

EMR : PointClickCare

Common patient diagnosis : Dementia, Chronic Diseases, Diabetes
