A company is looking for a Constructions Services Specialist (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

Support the ICR Development team for New Build and Remodel restaurant projects

Manage General Contractor processes, including preparing bid packages and tracking project close-out documents

Evaluate contracts to ensure compliance and maintain relationships with General Contractors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Prior experience in General Contracting administration is required

Experience in Construction and the Restaurant industry is a plus

Advanced proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Power BI is required

Oracle Cloud experience is required
