We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist - Talent Acquisition.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas :

Duties :

  • Take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing it.
  • Build successful relationships to understand needs of the business.
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust talented candidate pipeline.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and talent acquisition process.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Enhance existing onboarding process and work with HR team to manage the new hire experience.
  • Knowledgeable on ongoing recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Other duties as needed which include but not limited to : turnover analysis, talent management initiatives / employee relations / culture and engagement.
  • Assist in other department tasks and functions, as needed, and under direction of the Human Resources Director.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition / recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience overall.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of key personnel.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
