Job Description

CSCI is looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Strategy and Change Management Analyst to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive organizational change.

You will work closely with senior members to support projects that enhance business performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a junior member of group of analysts who systemically integrate and perform tasks related to governance and requirements management to improve and transform operations and performance.
  • Supports the review, analysis, and evaluation of client needs to create solutions that support overall strategies.
  • Assists in the gathering of information for the preparation and conducting of analysis and studies.
  • Participates in change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development.
  • Helps create presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate strategies and changes to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitors the progress of change initiatives and assists with the evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic projects.
  • Performs other administrative tasks related to planning and coordination.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of strategic planning concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Navy ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and DON organization is highly preferred.
  • Previous internship or coursework related to strategy, consulting, or change management is a plus.
  • Capability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Ability to maintain a positive relationship with customers and other vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies.
  • Possess motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value.
