About the Role :

Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems including alarms, cameras, and access control.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide tailored security recommendations to clients.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their security needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation and maintenance process.
  • Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing customer base.
  • Document service calls and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and sales skills.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a security technician or related role in the security industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales experience is a plus, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Certifications in security systems installation or related fields are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
