Responsibilities

  • Answering all inbound phone calls, e-mails, and chats with a positive attitude, ensuring our clients are left with a timely and memorable experience
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts in all 50 states
  • Managing a pipeline of loans and monitoring performance of accounts to assist AEs’ sales initiatives
  • Assisting in maintaining long-term relationships with broker accounts
  • Acting as a client’s go-to resource in addition to their Senior Account Executive
  • Clarifying the client’s issue and tracking appropriately
  • Training and educating brokers on UWM’s programs, products, guidelines, and processes
  • Performing assistance with record keeping duties at various degrees of complexity

Qualifications

  • 9+ months experience as an Account Executive
  • Successful track record with Client Service
  • Ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of UWM programs, products, guidelines, and processes
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and quickly solve any problems that arise
  • Know when to escalate an issue and to the appropriate team
