Position Summary : PTFS seeks an experienced Technical Recruiter adept at hiring cleared DoD and IC industry professionals to include Software and DevOps engineers and other technical professionals.
Must be customer driven with a good understanding of Prime / Sub relationships and be excited to find great talent for our company, our customers, and their mission.
What You’ll Do :
- Must be able to source, identify, and coordinate candidates for internal as well as contract positions in the intelligence and other federal agencies.
- Be adept at using tools and techniques to successfully source candidates including being well-versed in using social media platforms for outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing to engage candidates and retain current workforce.
- Coordinate and confirm interview and selection activities for internal and external recruitment practices.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with skilled prospects to gauge interest, personality, fit, and salary requirements and initiate the pre-hire process.
- Participate in meetings with hiring managers and teams to determine workforce needs.
- Apply standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of top talent all in compliance with OFCCP requirements.
- Provide feedback and metrics to management about details regarding candidate activity.
- Collaborate with partner personnel on candidate status and the interview process.
- Attend networking events, job fairs, help with marketing event planning / execution, as well as other creative efforts.
Our Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years in recruiting candidates in the Federal space, including but not limited to those with high-level security clearances (up to and including TS / SCI + Poly) for the IC and DoD markets.
- Be geared towards exhausting all options to bring solutions to talent acquisition challenges.
- Must be well-versed in all current (and upcoming) social media platforms used to attract, inform, refer, retain as well as entertain our target workforce.
- Experience with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ADP WorkforceNow.
- Documented experience successfully recruiting / hiring highly skilled technical professionals (including but not limited to : Systems Administrators, Test Engineers, Cloud Developers, Web Developers, Data Architects, Data Scientists, SW System Engineers, Linux Engineers).
- Excellent Communication Skills.

Work Conditions / Physical Factors :
- This position is based at our Rockville Maryland Corporate office and is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
