About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Outpatient Orthopedics Job Duration : Permanent Shift : Day Shift Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours Experience : Outpatient experience preferred but will accept new graduates and first-time travelers License : Valid Physical Therapy license required Certifications : Relevant certifications as required by the state Must-Have : Experience or willingness to work in outpatient settings;
flexibility to float to other clinics Job Description : Provide high-quality physical therapy care to general outpatient orthopedic patients.
- Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Receive approval for any additional hours from the director before working beyond the guaranteed hours.- Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and techniques to continuously provide optimal patient care.
- Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained consistently.- Flexibility to travel and adapt to various clinic environments as needed.
