Process / Manufacturing Engineer

Description

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.

Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), or other CI methodologies.

Working experience with CAD software (Inventor and AutoCAD preferred).

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Define Measure Analyze Improve Control (DMAIC), 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, A3 reports, Takt, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process diagrams).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.

Process / manufacturing experience with sheet metal, weldments, and large assemblies.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

Performs and understands calculations used in manufacturing process including but not limited to cycle times, takt times, standard work, VSM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00 / yr.
