Envision TOYOTA of Milpitas yes TOYOTA is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Milpitas, California.
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

This is a full-time, competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives for potential customers
- Understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing options to customers
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to negotiate and close sales deals
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and in-person visits to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep track of sales leads and update customer information in the company database
- Attend company training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the Sales Manager
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate for each sale
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales or related field
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of auto industry and market trends is preferred
- Based on experience , all other factors discussed at time of interview and completed at time of position acceptance
