As a General Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurant's financial health, probability, and success.
Through overall leadership, development, and engagement of all restaurant team member and shift managers, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests.
YOU GOT THIS :
Preferably, you have 3+ years of management experience and previous full service or quick service restaurant management experience.
QSR preferred, this concept only offers pick-up and delivery)
- You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
- You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
- You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
