Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing all tax-related operations and ensuring compliance with local and federal tax laws and regulations.
- Utilizing accounting software systems to accurately process and record tax-related transactions.
- Using Adobe Acrobat and ATX Tax Software to manage and organize tax-related documents and data.
- Managing and overseeing annual income tax provision processes.
- Ensuring the organization's compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Auditing the organization's tax processes and procedures to identify and rectify areas of non-compliance or inefficiency.
- Utilizing 3M technology to manage and organize tax-related data.
- Using CCH Sales Tax software to accurately calculate and record sales tax.
- Overseeing and managing all accounting functions related to tax.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate and detailed tax documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Big 4 or large Regional Tax Manager.
