The Role in Brief :

Entry-Level Coordinator

As a Coordinator, you serve the support function for one of our business divisions; acting as a partner to multiple executives.

You ensure things run smoothly and deadlines are met by being proactive and organized.

As integral team members, Coordinators gain experience and expertise on communications, strategy, and operations at EAB.

Coordinators serve an important role both internally and externally as a liaison, information resource, and key point of contact.

The current opportunity is to support the Commercial leadership team. The position is based in Washington, D.C.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Act as an internal and external liaison
  • Coordinate logistics and itineraries for conference attendance and inter-office travel
  • Maintain multiple executives’ calendars
  • Update and manage Excel trackers and Salesforce dashboards used by leadership
  • Coordinate logistics for team and department meetings and events
  • Other administrative duties and special projects

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must possess at least two of the following :
  • Leadership experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience in an office setting

  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot basic technology platforms
  • Attention to detail

  • Experience with Excel

Compensation :

The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.
