QUALIFICATIONS* Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Residence, experience in IV therapy.* Valid OCN Certification is preferred but not required.

• The ability to assess patient needs and condition.* Strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days).
• Fluency in the English language, excellent oral and written communication skills.* Experience with hematology / oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred.
