Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance We are currently looking to hire a Caregiver who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of those we care for.
Our positions provide the opportunity for Caregivers to share their passion and dedication while making a difference in the lives of our clients.
Essential Functions :
- Personal Care Assistance : bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
- Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
- Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures.
- Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks.
- Provide mobility assistance : bed, chair, or a wheelchair.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.
- Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HCA # (obtained via registration with the State of California).
- Reliable transportation.
- Current TB Test.
- 1-3 years Experience
