Job Details :
Pay : $ (to be updated)
Specialty : Physical Therapist Assistant
Day shift; Monday to Friday, No weekend rotation
32 - 35 hours weekly guarantee
Setting : 400 beds : LTC unit 40, AL 100, ILF 250-275. 2 Licensed buildings with AL and another AL / LTC unit and AL dementia unit
Full time Activity dept staff for the Licensed buildings that offer off site trips / activities often corroborated with Rehab Services.

Requirements :
Active Unrestricted NH License
BLS via American Heart Association required
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
