Customer Service Representative
TEKsystems is seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to work with a major healthcare company in Portland, Oregan!
This position will go REMOTE after training, must live within ONE HOUR of the job site.

Job Description :
- Answer telephones
- Make appointments
- Process referrals
- Taking 50-100+ calls a day.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage
- Perform general patient account management duties
- Obtain prior authorization for services
- Process items in the appropriate work queues to complete registration and enter service capture data
- Ensure patient accounts and coverage structures meet standards and billing requirements
- Function as liaison to Patient Financial Services and the Health Plan
- Communicate with external government payors and employers, as necessary
- Work directly with patients on billing related matters and provide fee estimates to patients for medical services
PAY :
Based on experience - $18 - $20 per hour
HOURS :
Work shifts will be between 5 : 00am-8 : 00pm Sunday- Saturday.
Shifts will be provided during training.
Must be willing to work Weekends.
Training Hours : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm - will go remote after training.
This is a THREE Month Contract but there is an opportunity to be hired on permanently based on attendance and performance.
Start Date : October 21st!
