We hope you will consider joining our team of healers!Job Summary* The Nurse Practitioner provides medical management of patients (assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment) for patients with physician supervision.
- Evaluates patient and obtains pertinent information for the diagnosis and treatment of the medical problem.* Orders further testing and refers to other medical providers as necessary for the appropriate medical management of the patient.
- Documents appropriately in the EMR and completes all necessary forms and correspondence for proper patient care in a timely manner.
- Fosters the development of staff to fulfill the current and future requirements of individuals and the organization.* Provides a safe environment for patients and staff.
