The Travel Superintendent - Hospitality Construction is in charge of assisting with or planning a construction project, ensuring that it is finished in a quality manner, on schedule, and within budget.

They will also develop and maintain a positive company reputation with the design-build construction team, the client, and the community.

Description

Travel Superintendent - Hospitality Construction is expected to :

  • Run / manage project from start to finish
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

Travel Superintendent - Hospitality Construction has a background similar to :

  • Ground up construction experience
  • Wood frame and steel construction experience required- 5+ years experience as superintendent
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent
  • Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ($90,000 - $130,000 / annually)
  • Bonus based on projects ($10,000 - $15,000 / project)
  • Travel Per Diem coverage
