Installation Department Purpose Statement :
We strive to deliver the most efficient and most reliable installations to our clients by being the most well-trained and progressive installation team in the industry which will facilitate high-performance growth for the entire Bob Boldt HVAC team.
Job Description :
- Provide the perfect installation by ensuring all equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications as well as any applicable local and national codes
- Maintain and increase quality of installations beyond what is required by manufacturers and codes through installer training, accountability from installers, on-site quality control, and review of digital checklists as laid out throughout Installation Manager Process file
- Maintain BBHVAC culture through adherence from installation manager, as well as installers, to the company's vision statement, mission statement, and core values, as well as the department's purpose statement
- Promote departmental innovation through training, both for installers as well as installation manager, research, and consistent focus on progressive installation practices
- Ensure profitability through job costing on every installation, and using data acquired by job costing to analyze and make changes to department as laid out in Installation Log Process and Job Costing Process files
- Accurately track all data related to installations including, but not limited to, installer efficiency rating (IER) and recall % in order to ensure efficient and effective installations as laid out in IER Tracking Process file
- Coordinate installations and installer-performed HVAC jobs through collaboration with respective departments to schedule jobs and order equipment and materials for jobs as laid out in ServiceTitan Scheduling Process and Equipment and Materials Ordering Process files
- Ensure all processes are being followed as written and holding installation department team members responsible for following processes
