Position Summary : We are currently hiring a Temporary Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our CitiCares Community Health Center.
The Patient Service Presentative provides information, support, encouragement, and assistance to patients and families as they arrive at the health care facility.
This role greets and registers patients and visitors, verifies and records patient information, and provides comfort and empathy to patients while maintaining the waiting room.
This role provides accurate and consistent information to patients, schedule appointments, and resolves patient concerns.
Minimum Qualifications : High School Diploma required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with clerical / administrative functions is required, ideally in a health care setting.
Bilingual Spanish / English is Key Duties : Greets patients and identified their , assigned PCP (when applicable), checks demographic information, updates information as : Minimum $18.
75 ($39,000 annually); Maximum $18.75 ($39,000 annually)Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule : Applicants must be comfortable working onsite, based out of Harlem and have availability to commit to a schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm and rotating Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am-6pm.
This is a temporary assignment until 2 / 14 / 2025.
