As a Field Service Engineer 1 Conveyor Systems / Electrical & Mechanical here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the Mechanical Systems & Conveyor Components business unit.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers
  • Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions
  • Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement YOU MUST HAVE
  • 1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to work multiple shifts as needed

WE VALUE

  • Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics)
  • PLC experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience
