Position Summary
The Manager of Ticket Sales & Service is responsible for driving and the management of new business development through premium, season ticket and flex plan sales and retention of the Las Vegas Lights FC season ticket member base.
This role will work closely with the Manager of Group Ticket Sales and the CRO in building the short term and long term ticket sales strategy for revenue generation, season ticket member growth and retention and attendance goals.
This position will also oversee a team of New Business and Service Account Executives while also directly generating revenue.
This position reports to the CRO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in building the short term and long term ticket sales strategy for revenue generation, season ticket member growth and retention and attendance goals
- Directly generate revenue and achieve or exceed personal sales goal
- Recruit, hire, and train a sales and service team
- Lead and conduct daily, weekly, monthly department meetings to manage and coach the sales and service team
- Actively report on all individual and department sales goals
- Work closely with the Business Operations Manager to ensure all records within the CRM are maintained
- Develop offseason and in-season season ticket member touchpoint plan for the service Account Executive
- Collaborate with Service Account Executive and CRO to develop year-round season ticket membership benefits and events
- Attending networking events to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Ticket Sales
- Proven track record of generating revenue at a high level and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proactive in approach to day to day
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the soccer, sports, and / or entertainment industry
