Job Title : Controls Engineer
Job Description
- Create and maintain electrical drawings for new and current models.- Layout of electrical control cabinets.- Work with the engineering department to keep systems up-to-date with technology and electrical standards.
- Write PLC programs for industrial equipment.- Assist with design and development for electrical software programs for new products and upgrades of current products.
- Collaborate with customers, the service team, and the engineering team to solve technical problems and provide training.
Hard Skills
- Associates degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 to 7 years experience
- Understanding of AutoCAD Electrical
- Knowledge of PLC programs

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Springfield, Ohio.
Work Environment
Some customer support travel required (10%), daily onsite. 4, 9-hour shifts onsite, 4 hours remote.
